Baboon Socks
Description: Colourful animal ink illustration portrait of a baby mandril, a vulnerable species of monkey. Hand drawn using Pigma Micron marker pens and coloured with Promarkers, I used one of my own photographs as a reference for this drawing. Mandrills are primates with a very unique appearance and live in the tropical rainforests of west central Africa. These monkeys have vibrant blue cheeks (less bright in juveniles as seen here) with a pink nose and long yellow beard. The fur on their bodies is grey.
Description: This design shows nine different monkey species with the name of the monkey type. In addition to baboon and snub-nosed monkey, large white-nosed guenon and proboscis monkey are also represented. All monkeys were lovingly drawn by hand. A great motif for all who are monkey lovers and are looking for beautiful monkey motifs.

Description: Seth Brundle, a brilliant but eccentric scientist, meets Ronnie Quaife, a science journalist, at a press event. He takes her back to his warehouse home and laboratory and shows her his invention: a set of "telepods" that allows instantaneous teleportation between pods. Seth convinces Ronnie to keep the invention secret in exchange for exclusive rights to the story, and she documents his work. Although the telepods can transport inanimate objects, they mutilate live tissue, which is demonstrated when a baboon is turned inside-out during an experiment.
