Bug Socks
Description: This hand drawn Praying Mantis is a great gift for any mantis lover, pet mantis owner, insect fan, entomologist, or that special someone who practices Southern or Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu! Also, if you are looking for a surprise gift idea for an animal lover, nature person or wildlife enthusiast, gardener or farmer, this cool praying mantis design might be a really nice choice!
Description: Based on a Nightcap made in 1550 that is in the collection of the Cooper-Hewitt Museum, and requested by some SCA friends. From the Embroiderers Guild of Victoria: "In the iconography of the time, rainbows represent the peace brought by Queen Elizabeth I after a time of political upheaval, and the caterpillars represent this transformation." I had a lot of fun creating this little design!
Description: This design consists of the unicode emoticon for shrugging your shoulders and smiling and the text "it works on my machine", one of the most frequent excuses you hear when confronting a programmer with a bug. The text elements are printed in dark grey on a white background on different products.
