Description: 1930s print from ' The Chapman Park, Hotel and Bungalows ' located on Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California. The Chapman housed a large hotel, bungalows and swimming pool amidst a large garden and palm trees. The grounds also included ' The Zypher Room ' an upscale cocktail bar with it's entrance on Wilshire. The entire area was razed to the group in 1969 to make way for a large office building.
