Based on the novel of the same name by Anthony Burgess, A Clockwork Orange caused controversy for its depiction of gang life and sexual violence, so much so that the film was withdrawn from British release at the request of Kubrick himself.
Description: Kubrick has certainly been an influence on my visual sense, but this is the first time I've explored adapting one of his cinematic icons, based on the original book, A Clockwork Orange. The question I posed to myself is "What animal represents Alex best?" The cat was an obvious choice, both approachable yet an animal that can equally give no f**ks. It can be both worshiped and reviled, and so it fit. This particular image get its origins from the milk bar scene.
Description: As Alex says, It's funny how the colors of the real world only seem really real when you viddy them on the screen. A lovely tribute to the most ultra-violent droog to grace the retro cinema. This is a custom design inspired by the classic Kubrick film. Printed on a black soft jersey. Enjoy!
