Description: The Man-Thing is a powerful, slow-moving swamp creature and one of most unique and haunting characters. This empathic humanoid monster resides deep within the Florida Everglades, near a Seminole reservation and the fictional town of Citrusville in Cypress County, Florida. The creature was once Dr. Theodore Sallis, a brilliant young biochemist working on Project Gladiator, a secret government initiative to recreate the Super Soldier Serum—the same formula that gave Captain America his powers. However, Sallis's fate took a dark turn when he injected himself with the experimental serum during a mission gone wrong.
