Description: I've done a few variations on the whole Never Forget the Dinosaurs Theme. Thought I'd add a twist to this one featuring a Stegosaurus like dino with destroyed buildings and debris replacing the plates on his back. Was hoping to create an emotional piece reminding us humans about the very real possibility of our own mass extinction. I've got this majestic beast pondering in Rodin's Thinker pose in front of a dramatic sunset about a time when once the terrible lizard roamed the earth. I'm pretty sure that the Great Dinosaurs thought that their rule was never going to end.
Description: Celebrate one of the most fascinating lost birds of the North Atlantic with this dramatic vintage-inspired Great Auk design. Featuring a powerful, weathered illustration of the iconic black-and-white seabird surrounded by crashing waves, stormy skies, and rugged cliffs, this design gives the Great Auk the epic send-off it deserves. ... With “EXTINCT” looming overhead and “Lookin' AUK-ward!” emblazoned across the bottom, it's equal parts natural history, vintage adventure poster, and darkly humorous tribute. Part of the Extinct Collection, celebrating remarkable creatures that are gone from our world, but definitely not forgotten. 🖤🦤🌊

Description: The thylacine is now one of the most famous extinct animals, just behind the Dodo. In part it gained this reputation from the fact that there are every now and then supposed sightings of thylacines on Tasmania and also Mainland Australia. A part of me hopes for the reappearence of the thylacine, but another part is very, very skeptical about this. This gain in popularity and the supposed sightings made the thylacine to me a spirit of the wilderness in Tasmania.
