A true Flint style Coney is a hot dog served on a steamed bun with Coney sauce, onions and mustard only. The key is that Flint style must use the dry, loose meat Coney sauce NOT red sauce or chili sauce and NO beans or sauerkraut.

Description: This is one of my favorite paintings, partly because you don’t have to be a Whovian to appreciate the Victorian portrait of Jenny Flint, a super hero member of the Paternoster Gang. I got the inspiration from a scene in which Jenny was posing for Madame Vastra (Jenny’s wife) who stood at an easel, appearing to paint. Much to Jenny’s dismay, Madame Vastra was actually working on a case instead of painting. I decided that Jenny’s pose shouldn’t go to waste, so I gave her the painting that she deserves. Also, Jenny kicks ass. I freaking love her.
