Description: A whimsical scene depicts two foxes, an adult and a kit, sitting in a sun-dappled forest clearing. A yellow book rests on a moss-covered log beside them. The scene is framed by a decorative vine border with small berries and flowers. Tall birch and pine trees populate the background.
Description: A symmetrical, oval-shaped scene depicting two foxes with their heads tilted up and noses touching, in an apparent kiss. The backdrop features trees with bare branches and an autumn-colored forest. A small black bird perches on a branch above the foxes. The style is flat and graphic with an orange and black palette.
Description: Foxes are small to medium-sized, omnivorous mammals belonging to several genera of the family Canidae. They have a flattened skull, upright triangular ears, a pointed, slightly upturned snout, and a long bushy tail (or brush). Twelve species belong to the monophyletic "true foxes" group of genus Vulpes. Approximately another 25 current or extinct species are always or sometimes called foxes; these foxes are either part of the paraphyletic group of the South American foxes, or of the outlying group, which consists of the bat-eared fox, gray fox, and island fox.
