Hawks Socks
Description: Save the California Delta – Stop the Tunnel! This design is a detailed collage of important aspects of the Sacramento San Joaquin Delta outlined by a Chinook salmon. It is a collaboration between artist Amanda Smith and groups raising awareness about how the State's proposal to built a massive 45-mile long 39-foot in diameter tunnel to divert water from the Sacramento River just south of Sacramento would irreparably damage the California Delta. Support protection of the largest estuary on the West Coast of the Americas from this destructive megaproject that won’t create new water.
