Longing Socks
Description: A deeply poignant design titled "HIRAETH," a Welsh word for the nostalgic longing for a home that you can no longer return to, or one that never was. The vintage illustration depicts a solitary stone cottage on a lonely, beautiful hillside. It perfectly captures the melancholic and beautiful feeling of this untranslatable word. A thoughtful piece for anyone with a deep connection to a place, a memory, or a feeling of home.
Description: You know that sensation when you sit comfortably at your place, slide down and lean back your head, closing your eyes and start seeing shadows and clouds of the bright past, you start thinking "THOSE DAYS WHERE THE BEST, I WISH THE PAST CAN WELCOME ME BACK, EVEN IF I GO THERE AS A GUEST!" This is a new design implicating and emphasizing the sense of NOSTALGIA!
