To convey the message of this lettering design, I choose the Perpetua Titling MT font, for its formality and sense of gravitas. "Lying" is expressed with the more emotional Tempus Sans ITC font. The background geometric pattern was created in Photoshop using the polygon tool. A splatter brush effect adds a sense in impending drama.

Description: one of the hardest things for me about having anxiety is that I don't always know when it's gonna hit. I don't always know when I'm going to get shaky all over, my voice is going to wobble up & down, my cheeks are going to flush, my heart is going to race, and the-absolute-worst-possible-physical-manifestation my eyes are going to fill up with 😑tears😑 . like, the smallest thing can trigger a mini or not-so-mini anxiety attack. sometimes a simple phone call. sometimes driving to the store. sometimes talking to the person at the checkout register. during worst attacks I get full on body sweats and lightheadedness. it's the WORST. I know it's not a life-or-death situation, but my body has decided it is.
