Description: Created for a 1974 referendum campaign, this campaign encouraged residents of the District of Columbia to vote for the Home Rule Charter. The campaign led to the Charter’s passage, shifting some powers from Congress to local government and establishing Advisory Neighborhood Commissions.

Description: This bull was inspired by the traditional Native American, Latinx, and African designs. I wanted our union design to show some of the cultures of our schools. This design is for everyone who supports the Durham Association of Educators, the students, the community, and Durham Public Schools.
