Description: Millipede is a 1982 fixed shooter arcade game by Atari, a sequel to Centipede, where players control an archer at the bottom of the screen and use a trackball to shoot at descending multi-segmented millipedes and various other insects in a mushroom-filled forest. The goal is to score points by destroying segments of the millipede, which turns into a mushroom when hit, and by defeating other threats like spiders, bees, beetles, and inchworms. New features include DDT bombs that can be shot to clear nearby enemies, special swarms of bees, dragonflies, and mosquitoes, and earwigs that poison mushrooms, causing the millipede to behave erratically.
