Monster truck events continued to be popular well into the '90s, and while maybe not as prevalent as they were, touring shows and events at county fairs and local tracks continue to draw crowds to this day.

Description: USA-1 is a legendary monster truck that debuted in the early '80s and is known for its patriotic paint job and rivalry with other trucks. It was built by Everett Jasmer, then owner of Off-Road Specialties in St. Cloud, Minnesota, as a promotional tool for his shop. USA-1 is known as one of the “original four” or “founding father” monster trucks. The truck was extremely powerful, and as such, was a top contender in TNT' Motorsport's popular monster truck racing series where it became a fan favorite. In 1988, the truck's factory sponsor wanted Jasmer to build a new truck, and he went to work on a brand-new late model build. That same year, the new truck won the TNT Monster Truck Challenge Championship, only adding to USA-1's reputation.
