That hope of an escalated and potentially deadly incident is one of the most un-American things you can do. This rising trend needs to be highlighted and shamed out of existence, even better, there needs to be an expansion on criminal charges against merit-less calls to emergency services. This is a weaponized prank call, the younger generation knows it as "swatting" and that comes with prosecution.
