Description: Germfree Adolescents is the 1978 debut album of English punk rock band X-Ray Spex, one of the most original groups in British punk. With tuneful, saxophone-driven songs and strident vocals from Poly Styrene, the songs were guitar-driven punk-pop that combined outrage and aggression with a sense of alienation and disenfranchisement.
