The name "Tokugawa" also appears on the piping in the first floor pump room of the Big Shell's Strut A, and on boxes and machines in Strut E's parcel room. The original game plan for Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty a indicated that Emma Emmerich was to have been an employee of Tokugawa Heavy Industries.
