Description: Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors is a 1985 cartoon series that ran for 65 thirty-minute episodes, was created to support the Wheeled Warriors toy line. The toy line actually came out first, and featured an array of action figures, vehicles, and play sets. The vehicles featured interchangeable elements, allowing kids to design and build their own creations. The show didn't reflect the toy line very well, which didn't help the already poor toy sales. Due to less than successful toy sales, the series' 65-episode run was not extended, and the series ended unresolved. A movie had also been commissioned along with the series, following in the footsteps of other toy-based animated series, and was intended to wrap up the story.
Description: A bold, dystopian-style artwork inspired by the cult classic Escape from New York. Featuring the fallen Statue of Liberty and gritty urban chaos, this design captures the dark futuristic tone and action-packed energy of the 80s sci-fi masterpiece. Perfect for fans of retro cinema, cyberpunk, and vintage movie art.
Description: A dynamic, retro sci-fi illustration from 1982 for “Star Frontiers – Science Fiction Role-Playing Adventure.” The artwork depicts three interstellar heroes—an armed human soldier in tactical gear, a confident red-haired woman in futuristic attire, and an alien warrior with a staff—standing ready on a rocky alien terrain. Behind them, a sleek spaceship descends amid fiery explosions, while distant planets and moons dot the star-filled sky. The bold gradient lettering in red, orange, and yellow radiates energy, and the distressed overlay evokes the gritty, adventurous spirit of early tabletop role-playing games.
