The sexless victim is tormented and trapped within a lighting orb (an Eye of the Storm) beneath an ironically pleasant sky while workers confined in the skyscrapers are occupied and do not notice. This is an internal and external struggle in a modern world where the future is more bleak and uncertain than ever.
