Description: This comes from a photo I had taken in the backyard a few years back. As I was deciding on which image to select for processing it became clear that “The Hummingbird of Color” was going to be the chosen one and got its chance to begin its transformation and now gets a chance to get out of the file folders and shine for all to see. A stained-glass effect developed through the vector art building process. I wanted a bright, playful stop-motion image of a flying hummingbird to highlight the wings in color and have the bright throat of the bird shine.
