Blowtorch is an expert in military incendiary devices and flame projection equipment, and he is a qualified expert with the M-7 Flamethrower, M-16, and the M1911A1 Auto Pistol. He has a degree in chemical and structural engineering, which allows him to understand the scientific aspects of fire and its control. Blowtorch is known for his respect for fire's power and strength, and he often checks smoke detectors to ensure safety. Despite his expertise, he can be a bit overbearing on fire safety issues.
