He is so talented at it that he often does it in plain sight. Despite his garish outfit, he somehow manages to make himself unnoticeable until it is too late for his intended target. It is a skill he has worked to near perfection. We don't know why he chose this particular ability. Maybe his siblings' more dominant personalities pushed him at the back so he decided to be the best at hiding?
