Boho Tapestries
Description: Established in 1960, Tower Records was once a retail powerhouse with two hundred stores in thirty countries across five continents. From humble beginnings in a small-town drugstore, Tower eventually became the heart and soul of the music world, and a powerful force in the music industry. In 1999, Tower made a cool $1 billion, yet in 2006 the company filed for bankruptcy before slowly disintegrating before our collective eyes. This design is from the 30-year anniversary celebration of the iconic Sunset Strip location, which opened in 1971 on the northwest corner of Sunset Boulevard and Horn Avenue in West Hollywood. This design in these colours is also available on Royal Blue (except design on Tees is the same), and comes in Other Colours too. I have more designs in this Folk Art style too: see my "Under the Rainbow", "Daisy Chain" and "Love Me Love Me Not" designs. This original design was created by Jackie Tahara of UnBlink Studio.
