Concept of this building constitutes a sum of current trends in architecture - minimalism of form, huge overhangs and chosen finishing materials. This 'dream home' consists of three visible parts finished with plaster, wood and architectural concrete. It has a lot of glazing that opens to the surrounding landscape. House is situated in a terraced garden full of seemingly unkept greenery and rocks. Pine forest in the background highlights the body of the building and diversifies the composition. Clinker brick have a blackened appearance and are often misshapen or split. The weeping joint is made by putting extra mortar on the bed joint and pressing down on the brick to get the cement to weep out.
