In the gym that he works in, the motto is “Res Firma Mitescere Nescit” which means a firm resolve does not know how to weaken or as they said in the movie. It actually translates more accurately (and with comedic effect) as "once you get it up, keep it up." Whatever, it's motivational AF and whether you're in an 80s bike race with Kevin Costner or just like people asking you what the Latin phrase on your shirt says, this is the one for you.
