Orange Pattern Tapestries
Description: When I participate in art festivals and pop-up exhibitions, I often prefer to carry a few items to create while sitting at my designated table. Two reasons are (1) It helps the time go by faster if we experience slow moments during the event, and (2) I find it recuperative to keep my anxiety and depression at bay. I'm not overthinking the event and can practice breathing exercises during the creative process.
Description: My take on the hand-gesture. Orange blue, green, and pink section with the Korean finger heart which is used to express love <3. In the center, there's a classic little heart divided into the four bright colors. I've known about the existence of the gesture for quite some time and knew I wanted to do something with it. This was one of my first designs so I had less experience back then.
Description: A design with repeated pumpkins on a textured orange background. The pumpkins, or punkins as my little one says, have been carved out and have great toothy grins. It's great for Halloween or Thanksgiving, but dot just those. It's for anyone who loves the rich fall or autumn colors. Enjoy
Description: My Mom gave me a bunch of jonquils from her beautiful garden and of course I immediately wanted to make a pattern from them. Well. It was really hard. I started over numerous times and worked and worked and put it aside and worked on something else and came back and started over AGAIN and oh dear... This will have to do.
