Crossing Over Tapestry

Do you ever feel like that in order to move forward in your life you need to pause and go deeper into your own mental and emotional self first? That before you can try to find answers you need to figure out what the right questions to ask are? This is how this artwork started out. I needed to pause and start to ask the right questions. I was wondering: what if sometimes to cross over to other planes of existence or even just other ways of looking at the same things, you will need somebody who is there and who is helpful. Shows you the way, keeps the door open, or even just keeps an eye on you, just in case. This special mushroom creature is one of these helpers. He is there, just quietly observing, making sure that everything is alright.
