Mournelle Tapestry

Mournelle is a floating dusk Talis wrapped in layered petal-like plumage of black, ivory, and wine-red. She appears solemn, almost doll-like, yet carries a strange tenderness beneath her eerie stillness. Mournelle is drawn to cathedral ruins, moonlit plazas, and abandoned places touched by memory. She does not hunt sorrow—she gathers it, softens it, and lets it pass. Her magic manifests as bloodmoon wisps, dream-heavy silence, and petal shadows that drift like falling tears. Mournelle can lull aggression, sever fear from panic, and bind harmful intentions in ribbons of umbral light. She is often misunderstood as a sinister Talis, but lore paints her as a keeper of grief rather than a bringer of ruin.
