Alter Pillows
Description: Fight Club is a 1999 American film directed by David Fincher and starring Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, and Helena Bonham Carter. It is based on the 1996 novel Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk. Norton plays the unnamed narrator, who is discontented with his white-collar job. He forms a "fight club" with a soap salesman, Tyler Durden (Pitt) and becomes embroiled with an impoverished but beguiling woman, Marla Singer (Bonham Carter). Palahniuk's novel was optioned by Fox 2000 Pictures producer Laura Ziskin, who hired Uhls to write the film adaptation. Fincher was selected because of his enthusiasm for the story. He developed the script with Uhls and sought screenwriting advice from the cast and others in the film industry.

Description: Alter ego is another side of a person’s personality that differs from their true identity. The term comes from Latin, meaning “another self.” Alter ego is often used to describe a character or persona that someone adopts in certain situations, either consciously or unconsciously. In psychology, an alter ego can refer to a dual personality or an alternative identity that develops within a person. In the world of art and entertainment, alter egos are often used by artists or public figures to create a different character from their real selves. For example, many musicians or actors have alter egos to showcase a different side of their personality on stage.
Description: Before alternative rock had a rulebook, Boston's underground was transmitting something louder, stranger, and impossible to ignore. This vintage-inspired post-punk artwork channels fractured radio signals, restless tape loops, and the angular energy of early American noise rock. A tribute to the uncompromising spirit of Mission of Burma's era, created for listeners who still find beauty in distortion.
