Description: The Oda clan (織田氏 Oda-shi) was a family of Japanese daimyōs who were to become an important political force in the unification of Japan in the mid-16th century. Though they had the climax of their fame under Oda Nobunaga and fell from the spotlight soon after, several branches of the family continued as daimyō houses until the Meiji Restoration. The Oda Clan kamon represents hope of family prosperity.
Description: Minamoto (源) was one of the surnames bestowed by the Emperors of Japan upon members of the imperial family who were excluded from the line of succession and demoted into the ranks of the nobility. The practice was most prevalent during the Heian period (794–1185 AD), although its last occurrence was during the Sengoku period. The Minamoto were one of four great clans that dominated Japanese politics during the Heian period — the other three were the Fujiwara, the Taira, and the Tachibana. This is the kamon (family crest) of the Minamoto clan, Sasa Rindo (笹竜胆) or “Gentiana flowers upon bamboo”. Below the crest is “Minamoto” in kanji.

Description: The Tachibana clan (立花) was a Japanese clan of daimyo during Japan’s Sengoku and Edo periods. Originally based in Tachibana castle in Kyūshū, the family’s holdings were moved to the Yanagawa Domain in the far north-east of Honshū in the Edo period. The clan, which bore no direct relation to the Tachibana clan of the Heian period, originated with Otomo Sadatoshi, who took on the name and assigned it to the family of Otomo vassals who held Tachibana castle. For a time, the Tachibana served as loyal retainers under the Otomo clan, regularly battling the Shimazu, rivals to the Otomo. This is the kamon (family crest) of the Tachibana clan, Gion Mamori (祇園守) or “Gion amulet”. Below the crest is “Tachibana” in kanji.

Description: I know that a rabbit is usagi and a cute bunny usachan in japanese. And an usagi is also used for a kamon. So why not use it for your kamon? It's bit of a fat rabbit but he looks funny. The mon is an emblem to designate a family, clan or even an organization. The kamon is used specifically to identify a family. The mon is similar to the coat of arms from European heraldic tradition. Although, there is a big difference, the mon stays clean and minimalistic in design. European crests tend to get very complicated by combining other family crests over the generations. Mon and Kamon are usually designed using a roundel containing a abstracted, stylized image of an object. This object can be a plant, an animal, a tool, or anything you...
