Description: At Lower Plenty Lobster Shack, the lobster is plentiful, the mascot is suspiciously enthusiastic, and nobody is prepared to explain how a suburb this far from the ocean became a seafood destination. Featuring the happiest crustacean in Lower Plenty and the reassuring slogan “Plenty of Lobster. Despite the Name.” Because sometimes a business has to address the obvious concern immediately. Cool fact: Lobsters have a set of tooth-like structures inside their stomach called a gastric mill, because apparently claws weren’t intimidating enough.
