The elephant is often seen as a symbol and various cultures give different meaning to images of this beautiful animal. In Africa it is seen as a symbol of strength and in Christian symbolism an elephant represents patience and chastity. General symbolism of the elephant meanings: Reliability, dignity, power, royalty, pride and in Asia they use it to symbolize happiness, longevity and good luck. A mandala is a design in a circle and known for its energetic power. They can be used as a reminder (give it a meaning, or attach a positive goal to it and each time you look at the image you will be reminded of it, which is very powerful). The mandala contains two hearts and an elephant.
