Description: Dracula is a 1931 American pre-Code supernatural horror film directed and co-produced by Tod Browning from a screenplay written by Garrett Fort and starring Bela Lugosi in the titular role. It is based on the 1924 stage play Dracula by Hamilton Deane and John L. Balderston, which in turn is adapted from the 1897 novel Dracula by Bram Stoker. Lugosi portrays Count Dracula, a vampire who emigrates from Transylvania to England and preys upon the blood of living victims, including a young man's fiancée. Description: A poster I designed for "Army of Darkness," the third movie in Sam Raimi's Evil Dead series. I based the design off of a coach gun manual since much of the movie's action revolves so heavily against Ash's "boomstick." Throw in a tagline and a handful of credits and "voila!"—you've got a pretty sweet poster. If you're interested, I did two more of these types of designs for the series; one for the original "Evil Dead" and one for "Evil Dead 2." Both of those follow a similar concept which is taken in two very different directions.
