Description: I will present the most ambitious gallery show I have ever attempted. This show, called “12:06 AM, One Artist’s Response to the A.I. ‘Crisis’”, has challenged every artistic and creative skill I possess and pushed me into realms I have never explored before. Starting as a response to the rapidly emerging A.I. generative models, I began examining what they meant to me. Using a motif, I had been exploring in my writing, the devil at the crossroads as a point of departure. I postulated what guitars designed by the devil would look like, and from that starting point, the show grew.

Description: In the dark where two dusty back roads cross a black car sits waiting. The man inside will make a deal he has many times before and will again. He is known in these parts as The Judge. Folk go to him when they have a powerful need, a want that can’t be satisfied any other way. Some are to young to know better, others are desperate and still others just pain stupid. His price is high and many never believe they will have to pay it but the bill comes due eventually. There is no escape. No lead pill that can free you. Once struck the deal is all that remains.
Description: Designs inspired by the HARD PLACE novel series. He had heard all his life about the few that had gone to the crossroads. Wanting a better life, Jacob went and made his deal. Years later forces are aligning with Death to end a curse that had played out for millennia. It’s unclear who will still be standing when the world Jacob has known breaks.
