Due to the location, walk-ins are rare, as people generally don’t find Callahan’s unless they need to. The bar is run by Mike Callahan and the regulars are welcoming and willing to listen, and strange or unusual events and visitors turn up frequently in their stories. Regulars at Callahan’s include a talking dog, extraterrestrials, time travelers, an ethical vampire, Irish mythological beings, and cybernetic aliens, and an obscenity-spewing parrot.
