Description: Bubonic Plague was one of the darkest points in human history and a very fascinating subject. One of my favorite (weird to say regards to the topic) aspects were the plague doctor masks. The reason for the long "beak" was to put scented objects to help combat the smell of death in the places they had to frequent.

Description: "Scream" I loved the Freakazoid! show and Candlejack was my favorite character aside from the main (and his cat!). Since his costume is made of burlap, I tried to keep it a little rough while trying to maintain the cartoon style coloring. "Don't say his name or he'll abduct you and tie you up with rope!" Description: Popeye and Olive Oyl! I grew up on classic cartoons my parents and grandparents grew up with. This is one of the ones that dates back to my grandparents' time. It started out as a propaganda cartoon but expanded into an actual show which I love to this day. I was tempted to do them in "my style" but realized no one would really recognize them then! hehe!
