Katahdin Bags
Description: Founded in 1959 in Millinocket, Maine, Katahdin Flying Service has spent decades carrying passengers, supplies, sportsmen, and adventurers into the remote heart of the Maine North Woods. Based on the shores of Lake Millinocket beneath the imposing presence of Mount Katahdin, the company built its reputation flying rugged floatplanes into wilderness lakes and backcountry camps inaccessible by road. From fishing and hunting trips to sightseeing flights and supply runs, Katahdin Flying Service became a familiar sight over the forests and waterways of northern Maine, keeping alive a tradition of bush flying where the lake is the runway and the next destination might be miles from the nearest paved road.
Description: (Light T-shirt version. Look for Dark Version!) Now that we know the 2024 miles, let's tour from Georgia to Maine (or Maine to Georgia). We have 2197.4 miles of fun switchbacks, snakes, squeezers, snow and snot rags. Whether we're NOBO or SOBO or Flip-Flopping around. LASHing it out or thru-hiking with only a handful of Zero Days. Heck, even if you can't hike the trail for whatever reason and enjoy following along on FB, blogs or Vlogs from your armchair. However we do this thing, please buy this design of mine so I can convince my husband to let me do a FOURTH thru-hike attempt. xxoo Happy Hour (2019, 2020, 2022...)
Description: Prophecy is a 1979 American science fiction/horror film directed by John Frankenheimer and written by David Seltzer. It stars Robert Foxworth, Talia Shire and Armand Assante. Set in the Androscoggin or Ossipee River, the film follows an environmental agent and his wife filing a report on a paper mill in the river, not knowing that the paper mill's waste made a local bear mutate, causing the bear to run amok in the wilderness. A novelization of the film, written by Seltzer as well, was also published, with the tagline "A Story of Unrelenting Terror".
