Moria Door Bags

Description: Moria Door

Description: One phrase becomes an arched threshold, side trees, and a lower sill, turning the words themselves into a hidden door. The Lord of the Rings is evoked through nocturnal revelation rather than copied runic ornament.

Description: A mountain face is formed by successive rock cutouts; only at the deepest layer does a narrow silver doorway emerge. Two stylized trees, a crown-like form and stars are absorbed into the cut rather than presented as a copied emblem.

Description: A black mountain surface is gradually revealed by moonlit scratching, exposing a hidden threshold of trees, stars and crown-like signs. Moria is evoked through revelation by light rather than copied inscription.
