Description: Fate of the Norns - The Illuminated Edda Hild wields the legendary sword Dainsleif. The sword is said to be able to bring back the dead from the grave. Hild used it to reanimate the dead every night so that two armies could fight once more when the sun arose the next day. Hervor wields the legendary sword Tyrfing. Tyrfing is said to carry three curses. These curses would shed the blood of the innocent.
