Description: Designated as a "pleasure planet", Risa was an inhabited Federation planet located in a binary system, in orbit of the star Epsilon Ceti B, and was about ninety light years from the Sol system. The planet was orbited by at least two moons. This planet was the homeworld of the humanoid Risians and its planetary government was called the Risa Hedony.
