Description: The Portola Firehouse, an acrylic painting, is the City of Portola's Fire Station. Since before the 1940's this firehall has been the center of civic pride and community activity. From the early days of volunteerism to its current county funded services, this fire hall has been the epicenter of first responders. The old fire truck in the station is a period 1930's GMC water tender/ladder truck.
