Description: The Treasury was a hotel and casino located on 115 E Tropicana Ave off the Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The hotel originally opened in 1973 as a Howard Johnsons. It has been the Paradise Hotel and Casino, the 20th Century, Hooters, the Pacifica and is currently the Oyo. The Treasury was the only place in Las Vegas to be targeted towards the LGBT community.
