Geebee Air Rally

Featuring the famous Granville GeeBee R-2 rounding a pylon during the Bendix Trophy Race at the National Air Races on August 29, 1932. The Bendix Trophy race was a cross-country dash from Burbank, CA to New York, NY.

This stylish throwback design celebrates the 1932 National Air Races in Cleveland, Ohio. During the event, aviation hero Jimmy Doolittle won the Thompson Trophy in his GeeBee R-1, the same type plane featured in this design.
