Description: Outer Haven is a massive, nuclear-equipped mobile fortress and submarine shaped like Arsenal Gear from the Metal Gear series. It first appears in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Liquid Ocelot uses this vessel as the mobile base for his private military company and as a command center to seize control of the Patriots' overarching artificial intelligence network, known as the System. The massive submarine eventually clashes with the USS Missouri in the final confrontation of the game, where Solid Snake defeats Liquid Ocelot on its summit.
