The expression "Pretty Ugly" can have 2 meanings. The oxymoron very ugly, or the question Pretty or Ugly? Pretty is in a pink font, and blends into the grey word Ugly at the bottom.

But... if it really *is* untrue, then saying it's untrue is true. Which means the statement is actually true. Which means that saying it's untrue is a lie. So it's actually untrue... Some people love these kind of word games. If you're one of us - I mean, them - then BUY THIS T-SHIRT! If you're not, then don't. Simple, no?
