Situated on the ringed planet LV-410 in the Alpheios System, Jackson's Star was located sixty–five light–years from Earth, and maintained a population of 2,781 inhabitants. The planet was shrouded by dark clouds and smog, with no sunlight reaching the surface. Personnel at Jackson's Star used Weyland-Yutani minitrucks to travel. At least one LTM 1055 CRANE was used at the colony.
