Drawn in 2b pencil at Napier University in 2008 in a building that no longer exists. A former Library at the old campus building in Sighthill Edinburgh was used as the Art studio. Open roof windows meant the great space had plenty of natural light and I undertook this drawing in two afternoons of a Rubber plant partly starved of water! I have added digital colour to the pencil and as the original is A2 in size I scanned in sections resulting in a fair bit of banding! I've left the banding in because I didn't want to alter the pencil shading. The result is a rough approximation of the original, hope you like!!
