Day 4: Asian Fairy-Bluebird 100% of my artists margin will go directly to Chester Zoo's Just Giving page to raise much needed funds during this difficult time. About the animal: Asian Fairy-Bluebird, Irena puella IUCN status: Least Concern The males are black and blue, whilst the females are turquoise with a duller appearance. Both have bright red eyes. They have small feet for their body size, and are very active birds. Their calls can resemble a common starling.
