7 Deadly Sins Cards
Description: One of the seven deadly sins, represented by the animal: peacock. Pride is considered, on almost every list, the original and most serious of the seven deadly sins. Out of the seven, it is the most angelical, or demonic. It is also thought to be the source of the other capital sins. Here, I depicted pride as a peacock admiring its plume and has a cloth with a similar pattern.
Description: One of the seven deadly sins, represented by the animal: snake. Envy is among the things that comes from the heart, defiling a person.[29] The whole body is full of darkness when the eye, the lamp of body, is bad. Here, I depicted envy as a snake looking at itself maliciously into a mirror.
Description: One of the seven deadly sins, represented by the animal: snail. Sloth is one of the seven capital sins in Christian teachings. It is the most difficult sin to define and credit as sin, since it refers to an assortment of ideas, dating from antiquity and including mental, spiritual, pathological, and physical states. One definition is a habitual disinclination to exertion, or laziness. Here, I depicted sloth as a snail sleeping on salt.
