Description: Cobra is a ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world, led by Cobra Commander. High command includes Baroness as the Director of Intelligence, Destro as the Weapons Supplier, and Dr. Mindbender as the Chief Scientific Officer, although others have at times usurped control. It relies on the might of its legions of Cobra Vipers and Cobra Troopers to execute its diabolical schemes while trying to destroy its main enemy, G.I. Joe.
Description: Cobra Commander is a fanatical leader who demands total loyalty and seeks total control of the world's governments, people, wealth, and resources. He has led uprisings in various regions and kidnapped scientists, businessmen, and military leaders to reveal their top secrets. Despite facing assassination attempts and an imposter, Cobra Commander remains a constant threat to the G.I. Joe Team. His persona ranges from friendly and charismatic to terrifyingly brutal and psychopathic, making him a formidable adversary.
